Thrift Store Treasures

I forgot how much I love shopping at thrift stores. There are so many treasures within waiting to be found - waiting to be used again - to be transformed into something new!

I remember when I was in high school, I made my senior homecoming dress from a very not so beautiful wedding dress. With the help from a friends mom, we made a lace dress. I wish I could find a picture of it.

Anyway, I had off on Friday so I decided to explore thrift stores and I found some amazing craft supplies. I spent $5 on it all - "dang, great deal!"

My favorite piece is the flower trim...isn't it beautiful?! I can't wait to use it!
